Peter F. Asaad

As the Managing Partner of Immigration Solutions Group, PLLC, Mr. Asaad represents individuals and families in all immigration matters as well as U.S. companies and multinational corporations in helping manage their employees’ employment eligibility needs and develop effective streamlined immigration and compliance programs. He advises individuals with family-based immigration, asylum, deportation, and employment matters. He represents corporate clients on all business-related and employment-based visa matters including various I-9 compliance issues on a day-to-day basis. Mr. Asaad also specializes in the needs of immigrant entrepreneurs, start-ups, and foreign investors in creating U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates as well as new U.S. businesses.

In addition to his expertise in business and family immigration matters, the firm provides unrivaled expertise in litigation matters focused on representing clients in affirmative asylum applications as well as defensive applications in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts of appeals on asylum and other complex matters.
